Voice Conversation Problem

Whenever i try to have a Voice oR a video + Voice conversation on WLM, once i
pick up (accept the invitation) or my contact picks up.. we are immediately
disconneted.

I get WML errors stating that either my computer network does not support
voice conversation oR
"Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x81000621)"

*BUT*

Video Conversations work (without voice)

And when i uninstalled WLM, and Installed MSN 7.5, All Voice/video
conversations worked* O.o o.O

Anyone have any ideas of how i can get it to work?

Internet cnnection: pretty fast (modem/cable) with VoIp support
(on a switch with my own ip address)
OS: windows xp home edition sp2

Same problem to me on Vista ( luxembourg ) , just i can`t use 0.7 on Vista so
i can`t use video and voice conversation on Vista ??? :/
There is some solution except skype ?

It was intermittent before and now it always happen

How come no one know the solution to this problem?

Cause Microsoft DON"T CARE. You should know that by now. Jump thru hoops
opening ports in firewalls and then only get partial functionality, some of
the time. Dump anything but their OS and go with Skype or Yahoo. ZERO
problems installing on dozens of machines.
