In XP MCE 2005 there was a volume control bar that came up when changing
main volume that showed what the current volume status is in a green text,
similar to any televison. Anyone that uses a XP MCE pc will know what I am
talking about. Why did Vista take this feature out. It use to be on in
earlier builds but went away. Within the Media Center app it shows the
volume bar and wuts its changing to, this is not the problem. I want the bar
back to show the volume when I am on the desktop so i dont have to click the
volume icon in the taskbar to see what the volume is. Wondering if they will
add this later and if anyone else is missing this feature?

I am using 5728.
