After applying all Windows and MBSA updates to 2 windows 2000 servers, some,
but not all vpn clients cant. Are there any issues with the recent updates
which could affect connection.

Server has one network card and an adsl router.

ISP has been contacted and have no issues, route can be traced from
non-working clients and port 1723 can be seen as open. These clients can
connect to Outlook web access on the same server.

Ideas?

Seems that some users feel that MS05-019 is causing VPN issues.

Ch-check it out:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sec.../MS05-019.mspx

And also might want to have a quick look at:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=898060

Thank you for your suggestions, I contacted Microsoft and obtained the fixes,
I applied the server one, then obtained the xp one for the workstation,
unfortunately I still have the same problem, but well worth a try.
