I use Windows 7 with WLM 2011 now.

But WLM does not open .pps attached to an e-mail.

The system installed the pps viewer.

If I save it in a folder, it opens correctly.

It also opens in the online mail program.

Is there a way to fix that so I can view the
attachment in WLM ?

Thank you for the help.

Jaypie

Sorry to tell you that your solution does not work.

When I right click and choose Open, nothing happens...

Same thing if I save it.

If you changed Show to Open in the registry and it still didn't work,
create a file association.

1. Download and save the attachment on the desktop.
2. Right click on the saved file.
3. Select: Open With from the pop-up menu.
4. Click: Choose [default] Program.
5. Select: PowerPoint Viewer.
6. Check: Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.
7. Click OK.

I did everything you said above, but no luck.

I just remembered that I uninstalled Office 2007, 2 or 3 days ago
through Control Panel.

Would that cause the problem ?

If you removed Office, you don't have PowerPoint anymore. Get the free
viewer.

PowerPoint Viewer 2010

I didn't mention that before because in your original post, you said:

Thank you very much for your help. I downloaded as suggested and everything
is working now.

I never thought that by removing Office 2007 it would remove the viewer also
even if it's
part of the installation cd supplied by HP.
