W.L.Messenger login fail

I cannot login in WLM, it has worked before. Now I get the error code
8000402a (service not available)
My firewall is from McAfee. The Windows Vista Explorer Version is:
7.0.6001.18000. Is there no Update available for this error which is
occurring frequently apparently or is it possible to fix it with a fixing
program? Sometimes it works anyway. The most difficult problems are
intermittent may be. (Defender Firewall is built in but not activated)
