W Server 2003 SP1 Update issue

Tried numberous time to get this to load but it gets to nearly the end of the
install and issues an unspecifiec error code and backs out the SP install.

Windows Update comes back with Error Code: 0x8007F070 Installation Failure.

Tried downloading the SP twice to ensure a good file, same results.
Any ideas?

Added info.. the dialog box that appears when its running is
Service Pack 1 Setup Error
An error in updating your system has occured.
Select OK to undo the changes that have been made.

I get the same error and message code 0x8007F070 - and it uninstalls all
changes and say "system may not work properly because it may have been
partially updated" or something similar
