I suggest you download the network install version of SP4 and use that
one to install SP4.

At the Web page listed below, select your OS language in the drop down
list (default English), and press the Go button. Then download the
"SP4 Network Installation" version (129 MB). After the exe file is
downloaded, run the exe file by double-clicking on the exe file.

Hi,

Great :-)

You should now clean out the Download folder (Window Update's temporary
download folder) to obtain the disk space that the express install of
SP4 have eaten.

The Download folder is located here:

%windir%\SoftwareDistribution\

(%windir% is typically C:\Windows or C:\Winnt)
