W2K , Some KBs cannot be installed

Some KB can not be installed for W2K

KB896423
KB890830

After execution of express installation, above KBs are failed.
System event log contains two kinds of error repeatedly as follows.

Error1.
Source$B!'(BServiceControlManager
ID: 7003
Description$B!'(BBackground IntelligentTransferService depends on the service
not existed$B!'(BSENS

Error2$B!%(B
Source$B!'#D#C#O#M(B
ID: 10005
Description: Server$B!'(BDCOM error "rely relation does not exist or it is
marked for deletion" occurred when the service BITS("") starts up in order
to execute {4991D34B-80A1-4291-83B6-3328366B9097}


And the following error is recorded on every booting of the PC.

ID: 7022
Description$B!'(BAutomatic Updates Service stopped at starting


The phenomenon started after WindowsUpdate on 4th August.

I report the result now here.
It is caused by missing of SENS in registory.
I copied SENS under system\CurrentControlSet\Services and import it to the
faulty PCs.
It works properly.
