W2k8 and Windows Update

Hi,
I have installed a Windows Server 2008 behind a proxy server. When I try to
update it I get the error message 80072EFD. Searching the Internet you should
use netsh>winhttp and add proxy settings. I have done this but it doesn’t
help. Anyone know this error message?

Hi,
Windows Server 2008 is not using Internet Explorer for Windows Update.

Hi,
I am not sure why you ask. It is using the built in update function.
Start>Control Panel>Windows Update. From my knowledge it is not going via
Internet Explorer.
