Yeah, I have a Wacom Intuos as well, but this issue doesn't bother me so
much as I only use the pen within programs like Photoshop or Corel Painter.
What you can do is either disable UAC, or preferably, make the most of the
prompts auto-elevate, like I have. This keeps UAC running, so Program Files
is still protected, IE7 still runs in Protected Mode, etc.. but you lose the
security of the annoying UAC prompts. However, the Security Centre still
says that UAC is not running, even though it is.

Of course, don't do this if you are one of these people that think that UAC
is their saviour, as they get all sorts of malware otherwise, and I don't
think that you will be able to do this if you are using a Home version of
Vista.
