Waiting a computer to appear in unassigned computer group

what is the name of the service because I checked service.msc and I did not
found

Windows Update service

2. Download and install the latest Windows Installer component (done)

for 3 : i did search for regsvr32.exe i run it but it give me rror (ask for
command)

cause I do know how to Re-Register msi.dll

for 4: the same as 3

5: I will waite to see the 1--4 results (id it is not working I might use
option 5)
