No, that is a Windows 7 feature.
(no plans to back port it to Vista)

Thanks both, what a choker, I've tried many WC's on Vista Home Prem and they
all seem buggy in one way or another.
Oh well, not long to wait.
Incidentally, will that feature on WIN7 home?

Feature sets per edition have not been announced.
Testing is conducted on Ultimate as it is a superset of all other Editions
having all possible functionality available to it.
When the feature set cut is done for the other editions (and once just what
the other editions will even be - as there is discussion that having 6 or so
editions is confusing the market) these will then be implemented in the
setup routines etc as triggered by the product key you enter determines
your edition.

There is no automatic wallpaper changer in Vista. I use the freeware
"Steve Murphy's Automatic Wallpaper Changer" in both Vista and XP. The
main download site is at download.com:

Double ROT13 encoded for your protection

"The Superior Person's Book Of Words", by Peter Bowler: FOPDOODLE: An
insignificant fool. From 'fop' and 'doodle' (the latter meaning, in
this context, a trifler or idler). Not dissimilar to 'popinjay' and
'coxcomb'. The author prefers 'fopdoodle', for reasons similar to
those given in the definition of 'flapdoodle'.
