Using Vista Business... Small frsutrating problem but it's beginning to ****
me off.

Have selected a wallpaper from the available stock wallpapers provided for
in Vista. When I shut down the machine and restart it goes to a wallpaper
that isn't an available wallpaper. Can the wallpaper be locked for the user
profile?

Restart Safe Mode and run a scan with your Antivirus and Anti-Spyware
software.

Hi Samiam,

Check for a Virus as Andre has suggested to be safe.

This tutorial will show you how to set and prevent the wallpaper from
being changed. You specify what wallpaper you want in STEP TWO.

Scanned computer for viruses - none found. Went through the tutorial and made
the changes to the GP and it worked. Thank you.
