Wallpaper Personalization Option Missing

well i had a serious pc failure befor that my pc had 4 walpapers options
(Fit to Screen, Tile, Center, & Crop) under the Personalization window. i
had to replace my hard drive n reinstal windows ultimate 32 bit with restore
cds. i updated all the things but languge packs. but now i only have 3
options (Fit to Screen, Tile, & Center). how can i fix tis to have the crop
option agian???

i just checed areo with this ms website
(http://support.microsoft.com/gp/aero...ntrypoint=WHHT),
says all good. so i also noticed none my dreamscene shows up too so how do
i fi it as well???

NM. i uninstaled everything and reinstaled it that hase to do with
dreamscene. so it works now
