Wallpaper Positioning

Since I have upgraded to Vista my desktop wallpaper positioning does not work
properly. After I select the picture and try to select the positioning from
the radio button choices the wallpaper stretches to fit the entire monitor
regardless of which radio button I select. It does not tile if the second
radio button is selected, nor does it center the picture if the third radio
button is selected.

Any idea how to fix this problem?

What's your screen res., and what are the dimensions of the wallpaper in
question? If the wallpaper is the same size as the screen res., you won't
see a difference.

With my widescreen laptop, I've found that I had to use small size .jpg or
..bmp for tile or center. Around 15-30 KB
