Plaese help me to update my window because i have tried sevaral times to
update it but all in vain

What OS do you have?
What service pack level is the OS - if any?
When you try - what problems tdo you encounter?
What error messages (exact) do you get?
What solutions have you tried to follow (if any) to resolve the issues you
are having?
