want to use voice with more than one contact at a time.

I'm using WLM 8.1 and when I use voice I can only have one peson at a time
on voice. When I try to add another person it says I can only have one voice
conversation at a time. On the older versions of messenger I could talk to
two others in the same conversation by inviting but this doesn't seem to work
now.
Could someone help with this?

Messenger has never supported multiparty voice conversations. You'll need to use Skype for
that (www.skype.com).
