Even if its genuine Microsoft software, it can still be illegally
distributed. As far as I'm aware, you can only download Windows Vista
through Windows Vista's Digital Locker, if your organization owns a Volume
License Agreement, MSDN or Technet Subscriptions.

I dont give out Product keys. Those need to be legaly purchsed. But if
you bought a Laptop or desktop that came with Vista and a key, but no
disk. This could help you.

Everyone that has the key should have the media or equivalent.
