warning received when opening Internet Explorer

When I open Internet Explorer I receive a warning from Explorer Security
advising me a website wants to use one of my programs to open and that it
will be opened outside the protect mode. The name is Windows Live Login
Browser Helper Obj...and the publisher is Microsoft. The detail say ...soft
Shared\Windows Live|WLLoginProxy.exe. This started when I used the Windows
Live to allow me to access my hotmail account when send email from Internet
sites such as Craigs List. Even when I tried to allow it the Internet
Explorer shows it is trying to access my home page but it never accesses the
page. What can I do?

Windows Live, now called Windows Live Hotmail, is not on-topic for
this newsgroup, which is primarily about the Windows Mail program.
