WARNING: Reporter failed to upload events with hr = 8024000b

I've noticed lots of posts for this problem - changing the 'Set the intranet
update service for detecting updates' and 'Set the intranet ststistics
server' GPO settings from the WSUS server host name to its IP address worked
in my environment.

P.S. The address range for my WSUS server falls inside a proxy exception
range (http://172.*), so I assume that if you include your WSUS server in
your proxy exception list by IP address or host name, it may resolve the
issue.
