does microsofts announcement of not abandoning desktop apps with win 8,
does this mean a windows live wave 5 mail desktop app is coming?

No public information is available on wave 5...thus at this time, it really
doesn't mean much beyond you'll have the ability to run applications via
the traditional Win7 'classic' menu.
