way or script that i can use inorder to know offline contacts

hey Guys , i just was wonderin if there is a way or script that i can use
stright in wlm in order to know offline contacts in my list while they are
NOT,rather than go to a site and just interin the contact's IM .. cause i do
have a punch of contacts doin it and it's just frustrates me i!i!

So you want to see people who are appearing offline but still signed in? There is no
(reliable) way to do this I'm afraid.
