Weather Gadget has Ugly Hot Pink Border

I don't know how this started, but the weather gadget in the sidebar got a
hot pink border. The other gadgets have transparent borders. Any
suggestions? I tried installing the 3rd party iWeather gadget based on the
Microsoft one, but it has the same hot pink border also.

Monitor might need 'degaussing'. Look at the buttons on the monitor.

You probably don't need deguassing... that would look very different on
the screen. Check you desktop font size (right click on desktop and
select Personalize) Click on the adjust font size and select the default
of 96 dpi. This should fix it. It will require a reboot.
