Whats your location? I live Jamaica and had to type Mandeville, Jam

Your area would be something like Manhattan, NY or Queens, NY

I'm in NY, NY - I even tried your location... and it still says that service
is unavailable - I think it's a setting problem and not location,
I hope someone will be able to help me and guide me through the problem,
thanks so much...
Wish I was in Jamaica...it freezing in NY today!!

If you use an outbound firewall. then you'll need to allow access for
sidebar.exe

sidebar.exe [C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe]

Hi Ayelet,

If you cannot get it to work again, then this is a great free weather
program you might try.

Andre, what kind of internet connection do you have? Just curious since
Jamaica is, well, an island in a more or less remote part of the earth.

You'd generally know by which programs, esp. security software, you have
installed, which you can find out via

Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features

The big ones are Panda, Norton, Zone Alarm etc.

Vista also has a configurable outbound firewall, but if you'd configured
that then chances are you would already be aware of it.
