weather gadget not working

it is not working since i got my laptop months ago. it shows 'service not
available'. i have set my region correctly. my windows firewall is not
blocking it. i don't think i've other firewall program. the only security
software i have is norman virus control, but i cant find any firewall thing.

im in singapore, the service is available in singapore right?

eleen,

When you say norman, do you actually mean "Norton"? If so, you should
remove Norton from your system. Norton does nothing but cause problems and is
a resource hog.
I wouldn't give a Norton/Symantec product to my worst enemy. Have a
nice day.

no, it's not norton. it's norman. it's not a common brand i guess cuz i only
come across norman after i got this laptop.
