Web Cam and Audio with Messenger 6.0

I had to upgrade my parents computer to a Athglon 1.8 with
more memory as well, before MSN 6.0 would run successfuly

What kind of camera are you using? Most of them require at least a PII-450
Mhz. This may be contributing to the lag you're seeing as well.

Regarding Audio, which connection are you on? Which ISP do you go through?
The audio issue is still under investigation.
