I fixed all of my video cam problems (including a blue screen) by installing
the latest video driver from the manufacture's web sit. Give it a try.

Some additional information:

I am using Windows XP SP2, WLM 8 and Creative Web Cam NX Ultra (with the
latest Driver from Creative's Website).

This Windows Crashes during a Video Call with another WLM user. WLM Support
have not been able to identify anything.

Thanks,

Hi, Finally I have been able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the driver
and all other webcam related folders from the PC, restarting and then
connecting the webcam back to the PC.

Windows launches the ADD NEW HARDWARE wizard and make it to search for the
drivers including the Internet. It gave me a list of drivers including one
available at Windows Update.

I installed the driver from Windows Update and have not had a problem since
then.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
