web cam problem

Can anyone please help me My web cam has been deleted from my files Is
there a way to get it back? It is a built in web cam I have a Toshiba
with vista home premium on it The web cam worked fine but now it is
deleted?

just go here (select "download")
http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/t...t/jsp/home.jsp
and download the driver again
