Greetings,
Actually you can but it's not exposed by very well. Just open up a conversation window with
each contact you want to "share" your webcam with, then click the Actions menu (or press
Alt-A if the menu is hidden), then go to View and Send my webcam.
Note that Messenger only supports multiple webcam sending and receiving. It does not support
multiple audio conversations.
