Hi.I,ve had that problem time to time.If you are useing messenger. What i do
is instead of calling from the top tool bar it seems to have more problems.I
get the contact page lined up with the two of our video screens on it by
clicking on the name in the messenger. Then the little camera icon on the
bottom of my picture.Click and go to start video call. That seems to be the
best link.Because what happens to me is we get hooked up from the top bar
theres no sound.Or there is no video then when you try to hook up it cuts
off. Then the real problems start. They try to call,i,m trying to call.Hang up
one link theres still two more that you can,t see.We hook up again. No
sound. Then you notice the other link.Turn it off. Then they see another
link.Turn it off.Blank.GRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.So now when they call i type
them to shut the whole messenger off.Restart.But before you go type which one
is going to call.Eventually once you are just about to go right off the deep
end its all good.By that time we both need a drink and a little therapy. But
seems to work. For me anyhoo.Sorry to ramble.I get all worked up thinking
about it.Think i need a drink.lol.Hope that helps.Good luck.TERRY.
