Webcam Gives Me Blue Screen

I have a Gateway desktop with Vista Home Premium on it
Every time I plug my webcam in and try to use it I get the blue screen

Is there a way to fix this

Is the webcam compatible with Vista?
My old Intel one was not, and wouldn't work.
I had to buy a new one (Logitech Pro 5000).

Look on the webcam maker's website for Vista drivers.
