Webcam + Link Failure

Everytime I'm using the video call feature, if I click on a link that someone
sends me, the whole Live Messenger crashes. Is this normal?

Normal? No. But this issue has been mentioned before. Unfortunately it's never been
reproducible here nor in Redmond (from what I know anyway).

If you're not doing so already, make sure you're using the latest 8.5 version:
