Webcam Not Working For Video Call

My webcam isnt working for Video Calls but aparently it works when i just
show my camera then call the other person normally but the quality is below
average. I set up the cam in the Options, sign-off and back on, yet it still
doesnt work. I've been getting so many problems with MSN and its very
frustrating.

I had a smilar problem which has taken me some 3 months to solve.
Apparently it was due to the McAfee I have installed. All I had to d
was go to my McAfee Site Advisor which is located in my web browser, an
click on "update". When this update was installed I found to m
delight that my webcam worked on Video Call. Hope this is usefu

thanks for trying to help but i dont use McAfee, I use Avira. Avira always
updates on its own.

I was also told that McAfee updated on its own. It apparently did no
update until I asked it to do so and once it had updated my camer
worked instantly
