webcam picture no sound

Dear msn users

Here is the picture
If i run the wizard audio video in msn my webcam
philips, gives sound and video OK

My friend bought an logitech E2500 and on his computer
the wizard audio video gives sound OK

My computer is behind Router Speddtouch WL 780

When we try to connect, the video works fine
but there is no sound, going from my computer to his
the is no sound coming from his computer to mine.
I logged in to the router and put uPnP on
and put the ports for msn open.
