Webcam privacy and security

Hi. Me and my business partner use MSN messenger for a lot of video
conferencing. I wanted to know if its possible for anyone to spy into our
link and view our webcams and hear out audio.

I tried searching for the same on the Microsoft website but couldnt find any
information

Well, it isn't encrypted but actually intercepting and decoding of this data would be
extremely difficult.

If it's really bothersome to you, I'd suggest using Skype which does use encryption.
