Webcams and wallpapers

Hi,
I am going to New York for holidays in a few weeks and I was just wondering
if it was possible to find a web page that displays live webcam feeds from
New york and then take one these feeds and have it display on my desktop,
just like wallpaper, that way I could watch live streaming from New York
while I work, is it possible to do this?
