WebLogin.aspx ??? HELP PLS ???

<b>Hello,
I have a problem with a socail game i have had for a short while now,
called redlightcenter. When i try to login is makes me open a file
called WebLogin.aspx this is an unknown file and doesnt do anything when
i open it, therefor i cannot login. Does anyone know how i can fix this
pls after numerous attepts of reinstallin the program still nothing!!!

aspx is a web (active server page) file - designed to be opened in a web
browser, on a web site running .Net (Windows web server).
It won't do anything unless it's running on a server with asp .Net
installed. Where did that file come from?
