Webpage Expired

It often happens that when I try to navigate back to a previous page, I get a "Webpage has expired" page instead. I've unchecked the "do not save encrypted pages to disk" option in advanced security settings per instructions, but it doesn't help. I have Vista Premium, Dell Inspiron.
