weird problem

I notice lately,when I use my mouse,my quick links disappear when
moving towards the links. and when i right click windows
explorer,when i move the mouse towards the window it disappears.when i
use any program,even third party it does the same thing,the window
disappear when my mouse gets close.it's like I'm playing hide and
seek,when I'm not. Do you know how to fix this? Robert

Wired or wireless mouse?
What operating system?
Laptop or desktop?
Any other programs open at the same time?
Does it happen when nothing else is open?
Do you experience the same thing with a different mouse?

A little more info helps get answers quicker.
