Weird text in Windows Mail

Since using Vista my e-mail has weird text/symbols like the following:
â?oHereâ?Ts a couple of pictures from our IMAA event at On Top of the World
(OTOW). No icing on the wings as might be the case if held at the Crown
Point field. Don was flying His new toy, a Somenzini â?~Pitts Pythonâ?T.â?
