Try the following. It worked for me when having similar problem. On XP
machine, run msconfig and go to services. Look for IIS and disable. After
this is done, you can download from Microsoft the Microsoft installer cleanup
utility named "msicuu2.exe". Try installing again at the web site with IIS
disabled. After enable IIS again.
