weird windows update popup

when I go online, I am constantly getting two windows that say my system is
in jeopardy that I should go to the website at the bottom to get updates. One
is www.spyswipe.com and the other comes from www.wsupdate.net, I think that's
it. It interrupts all that I am doing. What the heck is this and is there a
way to stop this from happening. Please help.

It sounds like you have security problems with your computer.
You probably have no firewall and possibly spyware or viruses:
