Welcome back! It doesn't appear that you've filled out your profile. You can
do so by clicking on the Edit Profile button above

You would be better off using a newsreader rather than the
web interface to view the newsgroup. A newsreader will not
demand that you use passport, let alone fill out its profile.

to set up OE for the msnews server, which hosts this group.
