Welcome Center Always Launches At Startup

Welcome Center always launches at startup even though I have deselected the
Run At Startup box. How do I stop Welcome Center from launching at startup?

Hmm, that must be annoying. Run msconfig (Start->Run->msconfig) and see if
it is listed in the Startup tab. Other than that, check the Startup program
group under Start->All Programs.
