Thanks for the suggestion. I have already been to the Control Panel
Language options and they are set to English, I have however added Thai
Keyboard for family to use but the Default is English. Interesting is the
fact that only Windows live links react by taking me to a Thai sign up page
with that link going to Thai site from Windows Live, Windows Live Messsenger
or anything related to Live.
