I just got a new desktop and after installing all updates (40), one of which
apparently disabled the welcome screen and fast user changing utility. it
suggested uninstalling the program with the file rtlgina2.dll. but I don't
know how to find which update was the culprit. any suggestions would be
appreciated.

thanks
