Greetings,
Normally what's shown here is an icon to indicate if the user has a webcam, if they're on
Yahoo IM or if they're using Office Communicator/federated access to Messenger.
However, this user isn't and most people are seeing this in their client today due to some
server screwup at Microsoft.
I assume it will be fixed soon. It can just be ignored for now.
