This error started popping up in the Event Viewer a while back and I found Jimmy Brush's solution here:
http://groups.google.com/group/micro...2c81d?lnk=raot
But his solution has replaced the wertargets.wtl which was an applications file with the same name file but now a BIN file even though I renamed it wertargets.wtl.
Is this OK?

Hello,

It sounds like you have "hide file types" turned on.

Windows may have been hiding the .bin extension and only showed you the
file name (wertargets), and so when you renamed the file to
'wertargets.wtl', you actually renamed it to 'wertargets.wtl.bin'.

You can fix this by either turning off the hiding of file extensions (in
windows explorer, organize -> folder and search options -> view tab) and
renaming the file or by using the command prompt to rename the file:

ren wertargets.wtl.bin wertargets.wtl
