WGA and MSDN license keys

Hi,

when I set up a new test client with XP SP2 it is often needed just for a
few days or weeks. I use my MSDN subscription key which allows me to use XP
without activation for 60 days.

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to download all available updates from the
Microsoft site during this time since WGA prevents it. It demands that
Windows has to be activated to use the full functionality. That in turn
would reduce the numbers of allowed activations unneccessarily.....

What should I do?

So, install the WGA, close IE. Open IE and then go to Tools/Programs/Manage
Add ons and disable it. Then close IE again for it to take effect and then
go back to Windows Update and ignore the bubble that comes up bitching about
you disabling WGA.
