¿Por qué? ¿Apenas porque no puedes agarrar la realidad de qué se está
encendiendo?

| Q: Will a consumer who accepted WGA Notifications during the pilot
| now be re-offered this new version?
|
| A: Customers who have already installed WGA Notifications will be
| offered the option to accept the updated package. *Participation*
| *remains completely optional*, and all users can continue to receive
| critical security updates.

| While the program is presently opt-in, as it expands later in the year,
| it may become a requirement for users of AU.

Ditch the Spanish insult. But care to refute the posting by
David Berlind...point-by-point?

Naming someone a nut is not really customer friendly.

I think he has got a point here it all depends what Microsoft is up to with
WGA?

As a licenced customer 2 xp pro legal I am not to happy either about ET
phoning home all the time.

What is rather strange to is that a customer who has a pirated copy can buy
windows cheaper than someone without any windows: looks like crime pays off
after all?

Further on I think MS software is doing what it has to do just some minor
bugs and discomforts are occuring.

Lets hope the new to come Vista will be slightly better: step by step we are
getting there.

Best regards,

Michel Denie

WPA and WGA are the worst PR moves that MS has ever made.

Seen this,

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921914

MSFT are backpedaling visibly on WGA especially WGA Notify, they have
supplied official removal instructions for people who "Inadvertantly
Installed WGA Notify tool".

Plus they are being sued in a similar action to that taken against
Sony for their DRM rootkit which MSFT roundly condemmed, then went on
to do exactly the same thing.
